O-ring cord stock—the continuous cord of material that is used to create O-rings—is available to North Coast Seal clients. Our cord stock is available in a variety of rubber polymers, such as nitrile rubber (Buna-N), fluoroelastomers (such as Viton™), and customized EPDM sponge rubber compounds that are able to withstand extreme temperatures and environmental changes.
We offer a large selection of cross sizes that can be cut to any size you need, as well as any standard length.

The cord stock is available in several different forms: spools of cord, custom-cut lengths, and vulcanized—or hardened—into formed O-rings. Cord stock provides a tight seal connection that is useful for a wide range of industries, including automotive and manufacturing applications.
