North Coast Seal Excited to Welcome New Team Members

Brian joins NCS with extensive B2B sales experience in the fastener industry and a strong background serving OEM customers across the industrial machinery and equipment space. Fasteners and seals share similar OEM customer bases and buying patterns, so his product knowledge and customer-first mindset are a natural fit for what NCS does.

Over his career, Brian has built his reputation on understanding what manufacturers and OEMs actually need and delivering solutions that make their operations run better. In his new role, he will focus on building strong customer relationships and expanding how NCS serves manufacturers across our markets.

Outside of work, Brian is a Cleveland native, a husband, and a father of two daughters. He coaches youth softball and is a lifelong Cleveland sports fan.

David joins NCS with nine years of experience in supply chain and procurement. His background spans purchasing coordination and inventory planning across manufacturing and industrial product environments, with a focus on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and data-driven inventory management. Those strengths translate directly into the precision and reliability we need on our buying and planning side.

At NCS, we treat the supply chain as the backbone of how we serve our customers and protect our margins, not just logistics. David’s role focuses on driving process innovation, strengthening our sourcing strategy, and keeping NCS competitive as we grow.

Outside of work, David is married with children, a passionate soccer fan, an avid gardener, and someone who always appreciates great music.
