Brook Park’s North Coast Seal Inc. continues growth with AJAC Enterprises merger
September 15, 2017 — As part of its strategic growth plan, North Coast Seal Inc., a Brook Park-based distributor of O-rings, seals, gaskets and sealing devices, announced a merger with AJAC Enterprises effective Aug. 1.
Founded in Williamsville, N.Y., in 2012, AJAC Enterprises is a leading supplier of custom molded rubber and plastic products to original equipment manufacturers in the fluid power industry and several other sectors. The addition of AJAC’s highly complementary product offering bolsters North Coast Seal’s existing distribution footprint, including the addition of more than 40 existing AJAC customers and relationships with vendors globally.
Customers are expected to benefit with better pricing, extended service and deeper product knowledge as a result of the merger.

The merger builds on recent production and sales success at North Coast Seal, which has included expansion in the fluid power, natural gas, water and food and beverage industries.
AJAC’s president and industry veteran John Rogowski has joined the North Coast Seal team and will play an integral role in the transition. In addition, AJAC operations have moved into to North Coast Seal’s Brook Park facility.
