North Coast Seal’s transition to its next generation of leadership is led by President and CEO Tom Sasura, whose uncle founded the company more than 40 years ago. Tom began steps to take ownership of the business in May 2021 and completed the transition in July 2023, remaining deeply invested in the company’s long-term future.
