Featured Products

When we say that we are ready to fill any and every gasket order, we mean it.

We offer specialty gasket products like these featured gasket options:

Beater Add Compounds: Water, latex, fibers, fillers, and chemicals are formed into a slurry and then the water is removed, leaving a vulcanized material that is inexpensive and ready for a wide range of applications.

Foam Gaskets: When you need a gasket to assist in reducing vibration or help with transporting a product, NCS has a foam gasket to help you succeed!

Metallic Grafoil: The first fluid sealing gasket material made fully from natural graphite flake, giving it a high resistance to corrosion, aggressive chemicals, heat, and fire.

Non-Asbestos: Non-asbestos gaskets combine fibers like fiberglass and aramid fibers with rubber to enhance the temperature and performance of the gasket.

PTFE Sanitary Gaskets: These gaskets are used in biotech, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial and semiconductor applications to seal clamp connections in sanitary pipelines.

Rubber Sponge: We’ve got rubber sponge gaskets for all applications, from commercial-grade neoprene to pharmaceutical applications.

Viton™: Viton™ gaskets have excellent resistance to high temperatures, ozone, oxygen, mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic fluids, fuels, aromatics, and other chemicals.

You simply can’t depend on previous equipment plans or instincts to choose the right material for your gasket. The team at North Coast Seal is here to help you find the right material for the job. No matter what the job calls for, we are prepared. We’ve got rubber materials like neoprene and silicone for gaskets. We can make plastic gaskets from materials like PVC and Teflon® or metals like steel and copper.
